If you forget your password or we need to confirm who you are we will ask you security questions specified on your account, but NEVER your password.


The information we keep about you is kept in a several databases owned by The Biggest Box as well as in hard copy form, all are kept by The Biggest Box using industry standard security measures to ensure the safety of this data.


The Biggest Box will never release any of your personal data to any third party companies or individuals of any description. Statistical representations of geographic area of our customers, such as the North West maybe published to show where most of our client base is from, but nothing that could ever pin point an individual will ever leave The Biggest Box.


If The Biggest Box is sold to another company all ownership of data owned would be transferred under The Biggest Box name to the new company, and you will be notified before this happens.


All data is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The only one exception where your information will be released from The Biggest Box is if required so by law. The Biggest Box will comply completely with judicial proceedings should a court order be served on The Biggest Box.


From time to time The Biggest Box may contact you with special offers, discounts and notification about the service offered by us. Any such contact will always be from The Biggest Box, and never from a third party company. Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will never sacrifice that for marketing purposes or any other.
